Requirements:
1. Education and credentials: Undergraduate degree or higher. No restriction on major (with a preference for MBA or masters of Management)
2. Management experience:min. 5 years of management in large or medium sized enterprises,with minimum 2 years or more as executive
3. capabilities:
(1)excellent team building and management abilities. Clarify job duties for positions in the division, draw up the descriptions for the positions and incentive regulations, and provide effective general guidance for subordinates. Possessing strategic analytical skills, optimizing business procedure ability, self regeneration ability and executive force and cohesive force.
(2)good communication skills and coordination skills. Able to efficiently organize and coordinate business on the latitudinal and longitudinal dimension.
(3)strong capabilities in masterminding, organizing, leading, and managing the team in carrying out the task efficiently.
(4)sticking to the principles on the job, decisive in dealing with matters. Fair and upright, willing to shoulder responsibilities.
(5)good at using office software, with excellent Chinese writing skills and word processing skills.
(6)knowledgeable, with necessary special skills required by modern enterprise management, human resources management, and other obligations called for by the job.
(7)insightful and sensitive to operational risks in public basic management of the company.
(8)possessing professional dedication and work ethics, emotional appeal and cohesive force, and strong sense of responsibility and enterprise.
(9)having a deep understanding of the new structure, operation, and management of the group company. Understanding the production, marketing, and operation of the group company. Understanding the management module of the group company.
4. For the director of the general management division, besides the above, s/he should also have the following skills:
(1)Excellence writing skills in Chinese and word processing skills.
(2)familiar with the corporate culture of the group company and the business of the executive board. Efficient in dealing with matters, with a clear mind as to the order of importance and emergency of matters.
(3)Other abilities and experiences required by the enterprise administration and human resource management.
